International recognition
Since 1972 Roger St-Hilaire has built up an outstanding reputation
as a teacher of sales and sales-related techniques, such as sales
management and customer relations, becoming a recognized expert
in the field.
Roger St-Hilaire’s reputation extends well beyond the boundaries
of Quebec, since he has provided training in Ontario, New Brunswick,
Nova Scotia and France, as well as lecturing in Brazil, Columbia,
the Bahamas and Hawaii. Business leaders from among the top five
companies in their sector have demonstrated their confidence in
him by hiring him to provide customized training to their staff.
A lifetime devoted to sales
Roger St-Hilaire began his career with the La Solidarité
life insurance company, before moving to Dominion Corset where he
worked first as a sales analyst and then director of marketing services.
He then began an active sales career with American Hospital Supply,
quickly becoming one of the most competitive salesmen in Canada,
while at the same time teaching at several colleges and universities
in Quebec. He next held a position as a management instructor with
Advanced Management Research, an internationally-renowned business,
and made a contribution to many different training programs at Redken
Academy in Los Angeles as a sales instructor and lecturer.
In addition to publishing a large number of articles in various
business journals, Roger St-Hilaire has taken part in television
and radio programs on Quebec’s TQS and TVA networks as well
as CHOI FM and CKVL.

approach. He has a unique gift for presenting his subject in simple
terms, making it easy for participants to learn.
